Day 1:
Arrive San Jose, Transfer to Marriott San Jose - Deluxe Room - B

Day 2:
San Jose - Rios Tropicales Lodge
You'll depart San José early in the morning, heading towards the Caribbean and crossing the amazing Braulio Carrillo National Park. You will arrive at our base camp in time for breakfast, clothing changes or last minute needs. Once ready, your friendly and professional guides will load your gear into dry bags, prepare the equipment and give you complete safety and paddle instruction. The first day's Class III rapids welcome you to the Pacuare gorge's charm as you raft deep in the heart of primary rainforest..

Day 3:
Rios Tropicales Lodge:
An adrenaline-packed afternoon running rapids like Upper and Lower Huacas, Cimarron, Dos Montañas and many more, will have you cheering ecstatically. Hot lunch will be served back at the base camp, where showers, changing rooms, cold and hot drinks and snacks are available. After rafting, we drive directly to Arenal passing through Sarapiqui and our final destination - La Fortuna. Overnight: Arenal Nayara (B,L)

Day 4:
Arenal Zip & Hike:
After a hearty breakfast - go zip lining. Lunch at a local organic farm. Open afternoon to hike and explore the Arenal Volcano area. Overnight Arenal Nayara Lodge (B,L)

Day 5:
Arenal Canyoning with Pure Trek:
After a great breakfast at Nayara; you will be picked up by the Pure Trek guides and taken to
slot canyon for some awesome canyoning, rappelling and hiking to include: 5 Rappels (4 waterfalls and 1 rock wall) in a rain forest, Hiking on beautiful trails in the canyon between rappels, Costa rican typical lunch and in the the afternoon, return to Nayara. Overnight : Deluxe Room, (L).

Day 6:
Arenal - Monteverde
After your breakfast, we will transfer by jeep to lake Arenal where you will cross the lake and begin your trip to Monteverde Cloud Forest. Once you arrive at your lodge - we will provide a guided or self guided hike of the preserve. Overnight El Establo Lodge (B)

Day 7:
Monteverde:
Morning free time to explore, afternoon zip line adventure with Extremo Monteverde. Admire the rich natural beauty of the forest and its treasures. Extremo Monteverde is our newest zip line program including the awesome tarzan swing and the giant rappel. Which reaches up to 2550 feet long and 450 feet height. Overnight El Establo (L)

Day 8:
Monteverde - Manuel Antonio National Park & Beaches:
3.5 - 4 hour drive - Upon arrival in Quepos, meet another transfer to take you to your new hotel, Arenas Del Mar, close to the beaches and rainforests of Manuel Antonio. Overnight at Arenas del Mar Hotel - Deluxe Room, (B)

Day 9:
Manuel Antonio National Park:
Spend your day either on the beaches of Manuel Antonio National Park, or around the pristine pools of Arenas Del Mar. Overnight at the Arenas del Mar Hotel, Superior Room. (B)

Day 10:
Manuel Antonio National Park:
Full day Rafting in Rio Savegre in High season OR Half day Rafting in Rio Naranjo in low season, The final rafting adventure of your vacation introduces you to the wild and ever-changing Naranjo or Savegre River! Day 11:
Manuel Antonio National Park - San Jose
Check out of the hotel and meet your transfer to Quepos Airstrip for your NatureAir carbon neutral flight back to San Jose Pavas. Upon arrival, meet another transfer to take you over to the International Airport for your flight home or optional overnight. No Meals Included
