Trip Overview:
The M/Y Beluga provides up and close personal encounters with some of Galapagos most interesting beaches and coves. Dving is allowed with experience and no sailing experience is required. A true Galapago adventure.

This Adventure Includes:
All transfers to/ from airport, all meals aboard. Use of equipment while onboard and all excursions. Diving is optional.

This Adventure Does Not Include:
Airfare to/from Baltra from Ecuador Mainland. (Note: Airfares are seasonal. Inquire and we will provide a competitive airfare).
Galapagos National Park Fees $110.00 p/person.
Transit Control Card $10.00.p/person.
Snorkeling equipment, wet suits, and bottled beverages.

Additional Trip Description:
Diving Aboard the Beluga:
Diving is operated by a local Diving Operator. Divers may bring their necessary equipment such as mask, snorkels, fins, wet suits (a 1/4 inch wet suit is recommended), regulator and buoyancy compensator. Or one may chose to rent these locally. Divers must also bring their diving certification card and a recent medical certificate showing that they are fit to dive.

Restrictions:
One must be an experienced diver. Galapagos is not suitable for novice or infrequent divers due to strong currents, sea swells, surges, upwelling, large animals and difficult entry / exit to / from the dive boat. Most dives are drifts along the cliff faces, off-shore rocks and pinnacles. The new recompression chamber located in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island, increases the safety standard for divers.

Additional Trip Notes:
Luggage:
No more than 20 kilos of luggage per person may be checked on board flights to the Galapagos Islands. In addition, each passenger is allowed a carry-on flight bag and camera case. Arrangements may be made to leave extra luggage at one’s hotel or at our office in Quito.

Pre-Trip Travel Information:
The island have two seasons. December to April is the hot and rainy season; one should expect occasional short but heavy showers. The sea is generally calm this of the year and the water temperature warmer. May to November is the “garua” or misty, cooler season. Average temperatures throughout the year range between 21 – 27 Celsius (70 – 81 Fahrenheit).Passengers fly from the mainland of Ecuador (either Quito or Guayaquil) to Baltra where your yacht will be waiting.

Cancellation Policy:
10% of the total cruise price deposit will be refundable only if the cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to departure date. The other 10% of the total cruise price will be forfeited as administrative charges.

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

If a cancellation is received less than 45 days of cruise date the full price of the cruise will be charged as cancellation penalty. If we are able to resell the space, a full refund will be made after the sailing date less 10% of the total price of the cruise which will be forfeited as administrative charges.
